Remove U+FE0F from script-representative-chars

* lisp/international/fontset.el (script-representative-chars): Remove
U+FE0F / VS-16 from the 'emoji' entry.  It could cause us to skip
fonts that don't have a glyph for it, even though we don't actually
need one.
